Toll-Free Technical Support

Please call 1-800-957-3872 to go to seura.com/support and submit a ticket to reach a Séura Technical Support Representative. Séura Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Central Time. 

Factory Service

In rare occasions, Technical Support may determine the product must be sent back to Séura’s factory for repair. The customer must send the damaged product to Séura’s Green Bay, Wisconsin factory and Séura will ship the repaired product freight prepaid to the reseller or customer’s address.

Advanced Replacement

In rare occasions, Technical Support may determine the product must be replaced. Séura will ship a Séura-certified refurbished product to the reseller or customer’s address while the customer sends the damaged product back to Séura.
