• Maintain clean, reliable data in our CRM and ERP systems.
• Assist with payment updates and documentation to keep finances flowing.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to meet tight deadlines and high expectations.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Strong communication skills and a knack for staying organized under pressure.
• A love for multitasking and a tolerance for a little bit of chaos.
• A positive, team-first attitude and a hunger to learn.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bonus points for experience in custom manufacturing, customer service, or sales support.
CULTURAL FIT
• You’re energized by fast-paced work and tight deadlines.
• You take ownership and follow through.
• You support your team and stay flexible when priorities shift.
• You care about doing things right—and doing them well.
