ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Project Coordinator for hospitality projects, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality hotel project initiatives to utilize Séura Lighted Mirrors, Decorative Mirrors, and TV Mirror solutions. This position supports the execution of high-profile hospitality projects, ensuring that every detail contributes to an elevated guest experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners while driving projects that positively shape worldwide hospitality environments with our renowned brand.

This role requires a confident, results-driven professional who takes full ownership of project timelines and ensures accountability at every stage. You will actively monitor progress and confirm critical milestones (such as drawings, materials, production, and shipping), assuring that no stage of the project falls behind schedule.

The ideal candidate will be decisive in managing priorities, firm in upholding standards – including declining requests that compromise project integrity – and relentless in maintaining momentum to guarantee on-time delivery.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & HOURS

This role is an in-office position and requires consistent, on-site presence to support collaboration and project execution.

Normal work hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime to meet customer and business needs. We also offer summer flex hours to help you enjoy the season while staying productive. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Consult with Customers to understand specifications for Lighted Mirrors and Decorative Mirrors and translate them into a clear project scope.
  • Prepare and manage accurate quotes for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with scope, pricing guidelines, and customer timelines. 
  • Coordinate all phases of hotel project including drawing approvals, samples, purchase orders, payments, production timelines, and shipping details. 
  • Maintain project documentation, including quotes, status updates, and compliance records.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track and within budget.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced project coordination or project management position, desirably within a commercial construction or design industry.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with internal departments and external parties. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven focus on accuracy in documentation and execution.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability to navigate challenges and keep projects on track.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., SharePoint, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of design and construction processes in hospitality environments.
  • Customer-focused approach to maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
