SUMMARY: 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Level 2 Production Technician to join our team. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to accurately interpret and follow technical drawings and blueprints, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction through collaboration and teamwork. 

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 5:30am-2:30pm and every Friday from 5:30am-11:30am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•    Work in multiple areas and follow SOPs to support all phases of production
•    Read and follow technical drawings, housing and wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions
•    Operate specialized tools and machines for cutting, etching, painting, and more
•    Perform basic machine adjustments and assist in general maintenance 
•    Inspect and test products at multiple stages of assembly to ensure absolute functionality with flawless appearance
•    Apply adhesives, brackets, and backings with precision to ensure structural integrity and aesthetics
•    Maintain clean and organized work areas
•    All other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•    High School Diploma
•    Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
•    Prior machine operating experience highly preferred
•    Ability to read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings
•    Must have the ability and desire to cross-train in all departments
•    Must have an excellent attendance record

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
