POSITION SUMMARY
This PAID internship is the perfect opportunity to turn your classroom knowledge into career gold. You will gain hands-on experience driving social media strategy and influencer engagement in an impactful way to propel this beautiful, premium brand into the spotlight it deserves.
Our Digital Marketing and Influencer Intern will assist in identifying and selecting micro-influencers who align with our brand values and help develop strategies to engage with our audience effectively. By collaborating with our marketing team, you will contribute to amplifying key messages and driving brand growth. SCHEDULE
Fall 2025 through Spring 2026. Must be available for a minimum of 10 hours/week, and up to 20 hours/week, between the office hours of 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday (no weekend work available).
This is an in-office only position; remote work is not available.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
· Assist in the vetting process for micro-influencers to ensure they align with brand values and goals.
· Support the final selection of micro-influencers based on engagement metrics and audience relevance.
· Help develop and execute an engagement strategy across multiple social media channels.
· Engage with the audience on social media platforms to build and maintain a strong online presence.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns to optimize future strategies.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify key messages and drive brand growth.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
· Currently enrolled in a business or marketing program with an emphasis on digital marketing.
· Basic understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
· Creative mindset with a passion for brand building and audience engagement.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· Must work in the office during scheduled hours; remote work is not available.
· May work up to 20 hours per week, based on availability.
· Eligible for college credit based on the internship program’s criteria.
