Vista Serena is a luxury residence designed around its remarkable desert setting just outside Las Vegas. Positioned near the top of an exclusive development, the home takes full advantage of 270-degree views across mountains, canyons, and the Las Vegas skyline through carefully considered sightlines and intentional use of light.

In collaboration with Séura, lighted mirrors were incorporated in bathrooms and dressing rooms throughout the residence as a consistent lighting solution to provide reliable task illumination while reinforcing the home’s architectural intent.

DESIGNED AROUND THE VIEW

Rather than relying on statement fixtures alone, lighting was approached as an integrated design layer. More than a dozen Séura lighted mirrors were incorporated throughout the residence, creating a consistent lighting language across private and shared spaces.

Positioned to support daily routines while preserving clean sightlines, the mirrors enhance brightness, extend visual depth, and maintain continuity as natural light shifts throughout the day. As daylight fades, integrated illumination takes over, ensuring the home remains evenly lit without disrupting the architectural intent.

LIGHT AS ARCHITECTURE

Throughout the residence, lighted mirrors function as architectural elements rather than decorative accents. Their clean profiles and integrated illumination complement the home’s modern lines while providing a soft, balanced glow to support both form and function.

Thoughtful lighting plays a key role in maintaining balance across expansive interiors. Integrated illumination helps define zones within open spaces, subtly guiding movement and creating a sense of intimacy where needed.

This residence stands as a showcase of how thoughtful lighting and reflective design can elevate architecture without competing with it.
By integrating illumination directly into the built environment, Vista Serena demonstrates how lighted mirrors can elevate architecture through consistency and performance, creating an experience that feels both luxurious and inviting.
