Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel

Reflecting the natural landscape and culture of the surrounding area, the renovated Marriott property stuns with beautiful design, finishes, and tastes.

Conveniently located near shopping and entertainment in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver, the $15 million renovation of the Renaissance Denver Central Park Hotel encompassed 400 guest rooms, 40,000 square feet of meeting spaces, and the Fifty300 restaurant and Elevate Lounge.

The fresh design of the hotel is a delicate balance between high-tech convenience and rugged finishes that captures the modern naturalist spirit of Denver. Designers at SANDdesign achieved a timeless design with a classic color scheme, geometric shapes, and art and botanicals that echo the native vegetation of Colorado.

Designers collaborated with Séura’s in-house design team to create a custom lighted mirror design that reflects Denver’s mountainous skyline.

SANDdesign called on Séura to create lighted mirrors for the guestrooms that captured both the unique architecture of the building and bring the mountainous skyline to life. With an in-house design team, Séura was well-poised to consult with property designers on mirror customization opportunities that met their lighting objectives and within budget.

Guest bathrooms are outfitted with Séura Lighted Mirrors that illuminate the mountainous landscape etched in the mirror glass, and provide additional ambient lighting that shines from the perimeter of the mirror.

“Working with Séura is like working with an extension of your own team. They not only understand your design intent, they ensure it is met from concept to final delivery!”

The presidential suite features warm wood tones contrasted by crisp white walls and linens. The unique wall treatment echoes the geometric mountain-like motif repeated throughout the property.

The hotel restaurant, Fifty300, features ski-inspired décor and artwork including ski-lift-style booths.

The renovated hotel also features striking mountain views, luxuriously tiled showers, ergonomic workstations, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth®-equipped TVs, an indoor/outdoor pool and whirlpool, and trendy amenities for all guests.
