New SEURA Facility Built for Growth
October 16th, 2008
GREEN BAY, Wis., — After years of continued growth, SÉURA—a leader in vanishing television technology—announces that it is making its third move since the company’s inception in 2004. Its new, custom-built facility has been designed to accommodate projected growth for many years to come.
Located at 1230 Ontario Road in the I-43 Industrial Park in Green Bay, Wisconsin, the new building is nearly three times the size of its previous facility. It provides extensive warehouse space for technical assembly and storage, additional office space and product display areas.
The company continues to expand its product offerings and is currently working on design prototypes which will be unveiled in 2009. Accordingly, the new facility allows expansion of the company’s research and development department, exploring advancements in engineering and design.
New customers and escalating sales demanded an increase in space. The company’s Holmgren Way location could no longer sustain production needs.
“This move was imperative,” said Tim Gilberston, SÉURA President. “Without significant expansion we could not have kept up with growing demand.”
With immediate access to the region’s main transportation corridors, the facility is more convenient for vendors and guests. Plus, additional loading docks in its expanded shipping and receiving area means SÉURA will be able to expedite product shipments.
SÉURA’s Television Mirrors and Lumination Collection will be featured prominently throughout the new facility. As Gilbertson explained, "The building itself will be a distinctive example of our ingenuity in showcasing the full line of our products."
Built by Heyrman Construction, the facility has a warm, contemporary design with energizing splashes of color. The inviting brick façade gives way to an upscale office interior, while ample windows direct natural sunlight into the open floor plan.
The company expects to complete the move by late October.
